Comment on this Command

This command develops within us a willing spirit to tell God and others in what ways they have benefited and encouraged us in our commitment to serve others. This action develops a strong expression of gratefulness in our living each day and that we have very little to be unthankful about.

Mother Basilea Schlink’s Attitude for Today

Do not sleep. There is no condition more dangerous than that of sleepiness. Only when you are awake, can you wage a battle. Therefore, be on the alert and fight, so that your life will speak of victory. For only when there has been a battle, can there be victory. And the victors, the over comers, are those who will be shown great honour and glory when they enter heaven.

Proverb for Today

A person's wisdom yields patience; it is to one's glory to overlook an offense.
