JESUS FOCUSSES ALL HIS LOVE TO ALL HIS CREATION

Word from the Bible for Today

"In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you."

  • John 14:2 (KJV)

REFLECTION

In John 14:2 (NIV), Jesus comforts His disciples with the promise of an eternal home. He says, "My Father's house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?" This teaching reassures the disciples that there is ample space in God's kingdom for all who follow Him. Jesus emphasizes His active role in preparing a specific place for each believer, highlighting His personal care and the certainty of their future with Him. This promise offers hope and assurance of a lasting, divine fellowship in God's presence, transcending the trials and uncertainties of earthly life.

Homeless

This is the beautiful story about a man who built a home for a homeless grandmother who was in his area. We can all make a difference.

Mother Basilea Schlink’s Attitude for Today

“In times of distress, when there seems to be no way out – whether the struggle be inward or outward - wait expectantly for the hour of help and deliverance. Blessed are those who wait. Their waiting will be turned into joy. Those who persevere will experience a blessed fulfilment of their hopes both here and, in full measure, in heaven, for God will not disappoint our hopes."

Proverb for Today

“Discipline your children and you can always be proud of them. They will never give you reason to be ashamed.”

Word from Scripture for Today

"Jesus said, "Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? ... No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us."
