Thought for Today

Most often when we look back fondly at someone – it is the quality time that they spent with us that really warms our heart.

Chances are that most of us don’t even realize how much our time means to a person.

Try something today – the next time you see someone – put a huge smile on your face and call out their name and tell them how beautiful they are or how much you have been thinking of them or how much you have missed them and then just watch the look on their face.

A Word from God’s Scripture for Today

“For you, O God, tested us; you refined us like silver.”
  • Psalm 66:10

“There would be other difficulties in my life but none as difficult or scary as almost losing my wife. I still had a lot to learn about priorities and my faith and my ego, but I could never again say that God hadn’t led me through some deep waters to strengthen me for when those new lessons came.”
