Proverbs 3:5-6 teaches that trust in the Biblical sense is a wholehearted reliance on God. This kind of trust requires a deep faith and submission to God's will, acknowledging His wisdom and guidance in all aspects of life. By trusting in God with all their heart and committing their ways to Him, believers are promised that He will direct their paths, leading them in the way that is best. This trust is not passive; it involves actively seeking God's guidance, surrendering personal control, and believing in His faithful provision and care.
