BIBLE READING FOR TODAY
Proverbs 3:5-6
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight."
REFLECTION
TRUST IN GOD THE FATHER
Obedience to God is essential in our lives, as Proverbs 3:5-6 teaches. When we trust God with all our heart and do not rely on our own understanding, we are choosing to obey Him. Obedience means following God's guidance and commands, even when we don't fully understand them. By submitting to God in everything we do, we show our faith and trust in His wisdom and love. The Bible promises that when we obey God, He will guide us and make our paths straight, leading us in the right direction. Obedience to God brings peace, protection, and blessings into our lives.
We all get to points in our lives where it is important to be able to let go and trust in God to work things out for us!
This song says it all. May it be a blessing to you and release you from your pain and burdens.
May Jesus bless you as you listen to this song and experience your load being lift off you as you “Let Go – and Let God”.
LET GO AND LET GOD
TRUST IN GOD THE FATHER
“Smart people keep quiet about what they know, but stupid people advertise their ignorance.”
Proverbs 12:23
"Sing to God, sing praise to his name, extol him who rides on the clouds - his name is the Lord - and rejoice before him. A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling."
Psalm 68:4-5
"Be of service to everyone, including the lowly, so that you may be present at Jesus' table one day when he girds himself and serves those who humbled themselves on earth, but have now been raised up to his throne."
