GOD THE FATHER SENT HIS SON JESUS TO PURCHASE YOUR PARDON
Social media certainly has value, but it also has taken personal criticism to new levels. Casual comments, even from strangers, can wound deeply, and studies have shown a correlation between excessive social media use and mental health problems. I urge you to pay more attention and be more concerned about what God says about you than what others say. The opinions of people are just that—opinions. But the statements of God are fact. He wants you to know you are His very own creation. He loves you so much He sent His Son to purchase your pardon when you were a slave to sin (John 3:16). He has plans and purposes, hope, and a future mapped out just for you (Jeremiah 29:11). You are an heir to His magnificent Kingdom (Titus 3:7). So, when you are tempted to listen to people who cast their judgments without care or discernment, remember what God, your Creator, says about you: “You are Mine!”
